Republic’s ambiance is chic yet comfortable with oversized leather couches, warm hues, and low lighting. And back to those cocktails. Teresa Gubbins of The Dallas Morning News writes: “Republic’s frozen mojito may be one of the best drinks ever served by mankind. Its only competition on the planet: the frozen mango limeade, also served at Republic.” Both are made from scratch and reasonably priced at $7.
