Proprietor Manny Rios, brother of Ana “Mama Mia” Enriquez of Dallas’ legendary Mia’s restaurant, has ventured out on his own with Manny’s Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante.
You can expect to find your typical Tex-Mex fare: fajitas, enchiladas, tamales, quesadillas, and tacos. But, the real specialty here is the brisket taco dish (which even gets a nod from The New York Times).
Libations include Mexican beers and margaritas, of course, to complement your meal.
