The M Crowd group owns and manages this Dallas chain (as well as Mi Cocina restaurants). It should come as no surprise that the specialty here is tacos — the fish tacos, in particular. Reasonably priced at under $9, pan-seared Tilapia filets are served with achiote citrus marinade. Other good bets?
