The cuisine is typically contemporary American, but a few offerings are anything but typical. Take the grilled lettuce appetizer, for instance. Boston lettuce is grilled and served up with bacon and blue cheese dressing. “The flavors and textures make a fun departure from the typical house salad.” (The Dallas Morning News) Other TABC favorites include meat loaf, homemade pizza, pan-seared sea bass, and chicken with jalapeño dumplings.
