Let me just start off by saying if I could leave 0 stars, I would. I bought a coupon from livingsocial (good for 90 minute mani/pedi). BAD IDEA because apparently that coupon means i’m not worth anything to them. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this salon for about 3 weeks now and they just will not give me the time of day. When I called I had a RUDE receptionist direct me to their website to make an appointment (by the sound of her tone I should have already known this) I get online, make the appointment about a week in advance. The MORNING OF MY 11am APPOINTMENT I get a call canceling my appointment but not mentioning a single word to reschedule. I didn’t get this voicemail until AFTER I showed up. When I got to the salon I entered this room, where I sat for 20 minutes not having a single person talk to me. (I was so lost as to who to talk to and where to go) I left, and later discovered my voicemail. Eventually, I reschedule and while this was my fault, I missed my 2nd appointment due to being called into work and had noway of getting online to cancel. Now, when you miss an appointment, the website blocks you from scheduling another appointment. I have called 4 different times and left voice messages on several different voicemail’s and have YET to get a call back. I can’t get over how crappy the service is at a place that is so small where it’s obvious customer service is very personal. If I ever get the chance to actually get my mani/pedi … i will be leaving a follow up as to how the actual service is.

well, here is my follow up for Neinast salon … or neiNASTY salon is more like it. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going to this stuck up salon. If you do make an appointment, and have a living social coupon, i would suggest lying about having it. Not only did they cancel my first appointment on the day of , they also canceled my 2nd appointment ON THE DAY OF and when I went to the website to reschedule, and the earliest i could schedule was in 3 weeks. I called living social as well and got a refund. This salon has really disappointed me and I am on a mission to make sure anyone who will listen… will know exactly how I was treated by this salon. I bar-tend at a bar in uptown Dallas and meet A LOT of new people everyday(people love to drink). Well, I know exactly what they will be hearing about when I am asked “how I am or how is my day.”
