Orea, one lousy Salon.
My wife visited the Salon, talked to the colorist, then set up an appt. for a week later. She waited for 30 minutes on the day of her appt and her colorist never showed up to work. The guy working said he was sorry she did not show. She left and never heard from them again. They never called to say they were sorry, never attempted to reschedule her, basically could care less that she drove 20 miles and got nothing. The Salon was filthy and had hair all over the floor, which had been left over from the previous days cuts.
Don’t waste your time on this dump.
Just out of curiousity how would you know if the hair had been sitting on the floor for a day. He could have just finished a haircut. Just because your stylist didnt show up doesnt mean you need to give this salon a bad name. I have visited this salon and had the best service ever! My hair looks fabulous, I didn’t wait and it was clean!!
I went here before my wedding. IT REALLY IS THE BEST SALON FOR BLONDES! I have very frizzy long processed blonde hair and after visiting this salon my hair was silky and beautiful. I got a glaze with my service and it left my hair silky and shiny for about a week. I have had glazes at other salons but never got close to the results I got at this salon. If you have puffy hair like I do you MUST try a glaze treatment at orea.
