Upside
Upside is a rooftop bar in the West Village area, on the eighth floor rooftop of the Canopy hotel. You’ll find all your favorite cocktails, terrific bartenders, and lots of good wine choices, along with a selection of local craft beers. Not just a bar though! It’s also a wonderful restaurant.
There’s even an indoor area up there, as well as an open fireplace wall to keep warm during the colder months of the year.

Clover Club
If you like live jazz and specialty cocktails, then the Clover Club is going to be a favorite rooftop bar for you! It’s also a restaurant, with food service until 11 p.m. Long pants are required, and this rooftop bar is too fancy for casual clothes, so dress appropriately. Lots of craft cocktails to choose from, a large selection of wines and champagnes, and a decent beer selection.

Gallery Rooftop Lounge, Canvas Hotel
The Gallery Rooftop Lounge on top of the Canvas Hotel not only has amazing views and wonderful drinks, but also a super cool infinity pool. Limited food and appetizer menu, and a pretty decent selection of drinks. This one is about the awesome pool and views.

Pool Club, Virgin Hotel in Dallas
Looking for something new? Try the Pool Club rooftop bar at the recently opened Virgin Hotel in the Design District of Dallas, just on the outskirts of Uptown. You can book a day pass if you’re not staying at the hotel if you want to enjoy the pool and magnificent daybeds, or you can stop by for a drink on the fourth floor rooftop bar and check out the scene. Weekends are for hotel guests only, or for people who get reservations, so plan ahead on Friday and Saturday night.
